I have a background as State-authorized public accountant and Danish FSA authorized financial Auditor.

With more than 25 years of experience within the financial sector I have extensive experience with special accounting and reporting, regulatory assistance, risk and compliance, external and internal audit, M&A and a wide range of other project and consultancy engagements.

Claus Holmvang

Partner

With over 25 years of international experience, I help businesses navigate complex financial and operational challenges. I have led large cross-border finance teams, driven strategic transformations programs, and optimized financial performance in the financial service industry.

My expertise bridges M&A, finance and accounting as well as operations and IT system integrations. I combine a commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management to deliver results that matter.

With more than 10 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, and legal risk management, I’ve supported financial institutions in strengthening governance, implementing financial crime controls, and aligning processes with regulatory requirements. My background spans compliance leadership, audit execution, and cross-functional collaboration across the financial sector.

I’m an experienced financial services specialist with deep expertise in CFO services, compliance, financial transformation, and audit. I’ve worked extensively with large international group control operations and small entrepreneurial teams, leading hands-on financial transformations and ERP implementation projects in previous CFO and consultant roles.

Jacob B. Roding

With extensive management consulting experience and international leadership mainly from financial services, I assist businesses in the intersection of operations, change and risk management.

I have served as lead and driver of large-scale transformation programs, international oversight function establishments, major remediations and company-wide optimization assignments within both classic management consulting offerings and financial crime disciplines. I am certified in project management, business architecture and agile development.
