When Atlab and Atlab FS joined forces last year, it was with the ambition to bring together strong expertise within the financial sector, leverage synergies with Atlab’s established business, and build a solid professional foundation for growth. This ambition has been realised significantly ahead of expectations.
Today, Atlab and Atlab FS are two strong and successful businesses, each with their own focus, clients and distinct areas of expertise. This makes it a natural next step to move forward as two independent brands. And that’s why Atlab FS continues as FS Solutions.
Our success has created a need for greater clarity
As both businesses have grown, it has become increasingly clear that Atlab FS and Atlab are two distinct businesses with different core services, operating models, target audiences and strategic priorities.
Both businesses will therefore be better positioned for continued growth with their own brands, narratives and frameworks for future development. Therefore, it’s a natural and shared decision to move forward as two independent companies, each with its own name and brand.
At the same time, we’re committed to continuing our close collaboration and maintaining the ownership ties between our two companies. This change has no immediate implications for any of our clients, consultants or partners.
Why FS Solutions?
Atlab will continue under its current name, while Atlab FS becomes FS Solutions. The new name reflects the natural evolution of the business and a shared ambition to create the best possible conditions and greater freedom for both companies to develop and grow.
With “Solutions” at the heart of the name, it reflects the company’s purpose: to develop and implement solutions for critical business areas within the financial sector and other highly regulated industries.

Establishing FS Solutions as an independent company under a new name is the next step in a positive development that has always been part of the plan.
